Burns & Wilcox Employee

"I’ve worked for Burns & Wilcox since August 2010. I’ve learned to work with different personalities within the organization and outside. By working hard with around 40-50 co-workers our branch has been consistently in the top 5 branches in the USA. My overall experience has been positive but I am seeking more opportunities."

What do you like about working at Burns & Wilcox?

"I liked nothing working for this company. They should be exposed for the fraud that they commit."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I wouldnt suggest anyone interview or apply for any jobs at this company. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and the right insured will sue them for misreprentation."

What don't you like about working at Burns & Wilcox?

"Management is disrespectful and they lie to agents, policyholders, and staff. Underwriters are nothing but sales agents and they are to fish for business by any means necessary. They will have the agent falsify an application so they can approve and bind it so they can reach their sales goals. Underwriters rebate and misrepresentation happens with a lot of applications. They blatenly tell insureds they have coverage when they dont. When do you have coverage when its not on the policy and you didnt pay for an endorsement to bind coverage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to do a full evaluation on Underwriters and some need to process applications instead of rebating."
