What do you like about working at Burger King?

"It is a visible position with a chance to meet many people. I like having the opportunity to mentor many young workers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a new franchisee that I've yet to find out enough info about, but it seems to have a handle on restaurant operations. Be prepared to work long hours and be available when you're off work."

What don't you like about working at Burger King?

"I dislike not getting 2 days off in a row, and medical benefits just went up 400%."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue improving communication and training for employees and managers, and pay merit raises to employees."

"24-hour responsibility caused much stress, especially if equipment broke down or employees failed to show up for their shifts."

"Beware the money is good coming out of college, but you will work tons of hours and have no life outside of BK. Nothing is set in stone and no one knows what's going on. Things are constantly changing all the time. HR is not upfront with what goes on and you may be left in the dark."
