What do you like about working at Burger King?

"I think the best part of working at Burger King is interacting with the customers on their good days. There are always two or three people who come in while I'm working my shift who make my job less enjoyable--usually from their attitudes."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stick with it. It can be annoying at first, learning the ropes... but you do eventually settle into it."

What don't you like about working at Burger King?

"I don't know how all of the Burger Kings are run, but in ours--we're understaffed, and they don't bother to hire anyone new for months at a time. We have to make do with who is on the schedule. This leaves several positions taking on more duties... an example: the drive-thru cashier is responsible for their work, on top of having to make sure the kitchen is well-stocked. Keeping up with both the pay window and expediting window at times... it's frustrating!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would pay more attention to my employees. I would make it a strict rule that the use of cell phones aren't allowed--and managers HAVE to do their share of the work as well."
