"I've been at BNA for a year and it is truly a great company to work at. The people here are incredibly kind and the compensation and benefits are fantastic. There is, however, way too much in the way of politics here, and the context of the work (legal research platforms) is extremely boring. If you are looking for a place to stay for a long time, but have somewhat stunted knowledge and skill growth, this is the place for you. It seems that folks that work here can easily become complacent."
