"I have been with Bulson for almost 3 months now, although it has potential. They lack organizational skills between Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors. I was put on an ongoing job that was ok on schedule but was not really organized with Subs, or haven’t contracted any at the time. With me focusing on project process, schedules, lead times, and communication. I now have the only Job that has been ahead of schedule. Tho it’s not all Bulson, they just need to communicate more and stay on the same page. I still have a lot to learn and I’m diverse to tasks or challenges from easy to critical decision making in times of crisis."
