"Schedules, short staff, lack of chain of command management, youth of employees."

"Desperation (from being short staffed) for employees is what is leading to your short turnover time and overall workplace quality."

"It was a family owned business I was able to advance in my position easily and work an open scedule"

"A lot of work and all the tasks that didn't get done were mine."

"The owner retired but they needed more organizational leadership. Thats what promped me to get my degree in management."

"The company no longer has customer service or employee satisfaction as a primary goal. It's all about profit."

"Get back to basics. Put the customer and employees first. The profit will be there. The customers will be happy and recommend Verizon to their friends and family. The employees would be proud to be Verizon employees."
