"Although the majority of company personnel are hard-working, helpful and committed to quality, unethical financial practices make for unstable project commitments. Subcontractors go unpaid and refuse to return to complete work while management pushes Superintendents and Project Managers to "get it done" often resulting in rework and further setbacks on schedules and budgets. Hierarchy is unresponsive to customer complaints making those of us working on the front line targets for frustrated homeowners."
