What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management was very strong, as employees we cleaned the stores from top to bottom every night, and we would each help guest if they needed any help. We were all assigned to one department of the store, so that we were available always to help the guests. We were trained everytime we would start our shift on what the goal was for the day, and have to see behavoirs while on the floor and the clock."

"If you're looking for a fun work environment, Build-a-Bear is a go-to for you! I really enjoyed working at the company for my 2 years, but unfortunately I don't want to work in retail forever. My coworkers were incredibly kind and always stopped to help me if I needed something, and the environment was super friendly! It might be a side effect of working at a toy store, but the people were always sweet."
