What don't you like about working at United States Department of State?
"The time is too short, some places are lovely.Political situations are not the same. The climate not favorable at all angles. Different prevailing work practices. In some areas local employees do not receive all benefits."

"- Emphasize in Direct hired to consider the local employees as collaborators. - Provide more training facilities to local employees.- Provide working facilities to former local employees who have relocated to the US after being awarded a special immigration status."
