"If offered a position I would encourage you to accept the job. It was the only job I ever had where I enjoyed every minute that I was there. I just wish I had learned how to balance my work and personal life better at the time I was there."

What don't you like about working at Budco?

"The hours could easily exceed 19 - 20 hours per day for weeks on end."

"It has been years since I worked at Budco, so I am unsure if my suggestions would have any relevance at this time."

"Budco is located in a part of the Detroit Metro area that has experienced a large amount of urban blight. At times I did not feel safe in and around the building."

"They need to decide if they want to run the company as a traditional Hierarchial company or as a Matrixed company utilizing their resources in more viable manner"
