"Fantastic career development. I worked as a counselor working closely with prospective students in a variety of capacities and also with members of the faculty and students. I managed 33 other college students and was given the flexibility to create my own hours when necessary."
What don't you like about working at Bucknell University?
"Nothing. Seriously."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wish that the management gave us more direction for the next step beyond graduation. I had an opportunity to grow within the department itself but there wasn't any next steps for continuing on that job path or learning about the field."
