I can depend on them to get their jobs done and everyone lends a hand when someone gets behindCons My manager expects 200% perfection. You are not allowed to make mistakes. She will make you feel like a child with her demeaning tone. She goes days without speaking to me and several other co-workers. I do not feel comfortable going to her with issues."
