"The Senior management runs on a whim.Jim Buchanan is a great person, but he has allowed the company to get away from its original philosophy of a Technology company in the People business that was concerned with providing excellent value to its customers and Employees. To a mediocre service organization that treats its customers and employees as just a commodity. They provide nothing that sets them apart from any other medium size consulting organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Though sometimes it is hard to swim upstream go back to what set this company apart from the rest. Providing excellent service and value from employees that are secure and happy and really feel like the count for something other than just margin to the bottom line. Sally Dixon is a great salesperson but lacks the management skill-set to properly run an organization."
