2.2The company all the way from the top is set up for failure. For many months the restaurant doing several million dollars in business had a single manager on the floor on busy Friday and Saturday and actually all nights. Servers were robbing the place blind, service was horrible, and nobody seemed to give a damn. Headquarters didn't care one bit, and complained they wanted more and more sales. Managers bitched and complained about the hours they worked. Morale still is in the garbage.
2.1Buca dI Beppo in TO is not a great place to work. There are plenty of better places out there. The new manager is rude, ungrateful for his employees, and is hard to communicate with. Many of my coworkers dislike him a lot. Morale is way down. It's disorganized, ugly, and freezing cold in there. I was happy when I got another job and quit Buca!!
