What do you like about working at BTB Event Productions?

"The Employees are outstanding and very creative. I enjoy working in a true team environment, everyone has their specific roles but if something needs to get done it will be picked up. As far as creativity everyone sits around the table during bounce sessions and we argue about the correct way to provide the client what they want. Once everyone is satisfied with the idea we move forward."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to work hard for the first year, you are given a few clients but it is your job to cold call, get referrals and hit the ground running."

What don't you like about working at BTB Event Productions?

"The vision of the company is scattered at times, with the industry in the state of low cost leaders moving forward the company is unwilling to invest in new ventures but forces the producers to sell what the company does not own."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a unified vision and direction for the company. We need to focus and spend time energy and money in a single direction and follow it to the end, every decision made by the officers of the company is done in half measure. Never bringing the results possible."
