"The company allow us to work at home and to use our time flexibly as long as the work results are good."

"Salary is low. No bonus. Few chances for career advancement. Health insurance is not good."

"The company should be more flexible to do other platforms business instead of mostly Windows embedded. Don't depend on MS very much."
