"They tend to like recruiting right out of MBA programs. While the summer internship is a great learning experience, leave it at that and seek permanent employment elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Brand Sense Partners?

"Not a very respectful environment. To much meanness was actually encouraged among the executives, and very little respect was shown for those who were often expected to work late into the night or through weekends and holidays."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Resign. The negativity you inspire trickles down to your employees and affects the work they produce. It was also a perpetual embarrassment that so many of your clients were ignored - you were able to get them but, just didn't produce for them."
