"I have been employed by BSDR Electric since the start-up in 2011. I assisted the owner in starting up his own business, based upon the profile and customer base of the company in which I had previously employed him. The company was small, ranging from two to four employees as project work loads shifted. It is unfortunate that the companies customer base profile settled in comfortably on supporting primarily the mining sector and primarily for a single customer, with little diversification. Since the downturn of the fossil fuels market, the company has failed to extend its resources into other fields, and as a result is suffering financially, while struggling to desperately to find new project opportunities in a pandemic suppressed economy. The working environment is very independent and self directed, with a past history of self discovered project ideas which required the presentation and selling of concepts and cost justifications to the customer by myself. I wish BSDR well in the future, and I am somewhat torn by my decision to depart. A large part of me wants to fight to the end."
