"I have worked for BS&B Premco since 2005. I feel that everyone's workload overwhelming, but we all get along as family. Close quarters increase stress in the office, and promoting from within is almost impossible."

"I've worked for BS&B Premco for 2 years and in that short time I have seen the company farm out more work than they had for the machinist that work there, there is no employee hand book and everything is delt with on a case by case bases so if they like you then you get treated different. The pay is great but the things you have to put up with from the bosses and older employees isnt worth it."
