"I started with BryterCX in February of 2020. They are significantly disorganized and have very low expectations of their employees. When people got laid off due to covid they refused to list who was let go and as such it was a nightmare trying to figure out who to go to for things. They are on their third CEO in three years. I've never seen a company give so little work out per sprint to employees. I would finish in 1-2 days and always have to ask for extra work but no one else did that so I can only assume that they would just mess around all week based on what they were assigned. My immediate supervisor was a Senior full stack developer and she didn't even know how to copy and paste.... Their onboarding process was so unpolished that it took almost a month just to start contributing and I had to set up several computers before one worked. The only IT guy has since left so I'm sure it's even worse now."
