"Company provided an opportunity to learn a lot at an accelerated pace. No direct supervisor with engineering experience so everything was self taught and without management input. Communication and structure are poor, and the engineering department functions with little to no input or direction from company management. Not an environment a trained engineer will thrive in or be happy long term."
