"I have worked for Brotoloc South Inc since September of 2019. Program Managers are meant to cover every open shift at their house, and still be able to be available during the day for any issues that may arise at their homes, as well as taking residents to appointments and being in the office a few days a week. There are a lot of shifts open, and it is hard to be able to get all program manager duties done, when we hae to spend all the time at the houses, and we are salaried, so no matter how much we work, we do not get anything extra."
