"I've worked for Brookside Terrace and while it does have its upsides like ability to do my work without no micro-managing, the downside is there is so much work, which itself is great but it is not recognized or appreciated, there are no raises and the owner environment doe snot make you want to go above and beyond for the team. Horrible way to come to feel about your job because of under-appreciation and gross underpay."
