"I have worked at Brooks since 2010 and my experience has been that you are just a number here. Step in line or you will get canned. Extremely hard to move up in this organization as nepotism runs rampant at Brooks. Technically there are no vacation days or personal days, it is left up to the discretion of your boss to give you time off. This limits their liability when they let you go they don't have to give you severance pay if you don't have any vacation days. Stay away!"
