"Try to get a full time position. Adjunct positions have a high turn over rate due to the politics at this institution and no benefits at all."

"I did nto like that my supervisor was not a true bilingual and expert of the Spanish language."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Although the accreditation by SACS is being more stringent nowadays colleges that teach basic language skills do not need to have instructors with higher degrees in langague literature to teach beginner to advance language proficiency. These are 2 very separate and different areas of expertise."
