"I want to start off by saying I have been at BroadPath for many years. Over the years I have seen some of the greatest things and some of the most sneaky and underhanded things. I have met a lot of fantastic people and a lot of people that I could have gone without knowing. I have watched people grow and then watched other leaders bring them down. I have watched people get promoted that did not earn it. They were promoted because of who they knew I started when it was small and been there over the years to see how much it has grown. I was there before the SR VP of Ops, the VP Of Ops & most if not all of the Directors. The biggest problem when they grew they forgot what made them. The smaller programs. They don’t care about the people over there.Men make SIGNIFICANTLY more money than woman for the same roles. For example PMO team men make 68K to 75K while the woman are in the 50K range and work circles around the 2 men on that team.Their contract employees have literally no benefits, no time off allowed, Ops threatens their jobs if they complain or take a day off. It’s a constant “crucial conversation” with agents if they are missing time or late from things. They watch you on Bhive all day and they call it Connection. It is also “big brother” supervisors are required to monitor Bhive. The Supervisors are Salary but if they take a day off they don’t get paid for that day. There are no benefits to being a Supervisor at all you’re still a contracted employee. Our agents, customer service reps, claims processors, enrollment specialist and supervisors are some of the hardest working people I know and get little to no recognition or benefit. The NEW Director as of January did not care about the clients. She cared about numbers, following the playbook, getting a crucial conversation logged, showing them who was boss and putting people on warnings without taking anything else into consideration."
