"12 hour shifts, 100% commission,wait for hours to get a turn, all managers were hired externally, boring, feethurt so bad at the end of the day, benefits that were offerd are the same price as buying them on the open market"

"Promote from within, listen to your employees, give them a chance to make some money. restock the accessories, let the sales people negotiate a little instead of just turning away customers who want a small discount on product with 100% markup"
