"In 10 years of employment we have lost the following:pension GONE,employee stock option GONE,401K match GONE,affordable health care GONE - 609 a month for family plan with very substantial deductibles,OVERTIME GONE. Brinks stopped paying overtime after 45 hours. Anything worked over that is paid in straight time. This is for the truck employees. Inside employees can't work over 40 so they get no overtime. Not sure cutting the OT is legal but we shall see."

"Unless you don't care that they'll fire you for any reason, stay far away from this company"

What don't you like about working at Brink's?

"The upper management and General Manager were horrible, no ethics whatsoever"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to listen to their employees instead of just the GMs. Just because we are below them does not mean we are not right."
