"I've worked for Brinkman Construction as part of the Shared Services team for almost a year. The work environment, benefits, and relationships established are fantastic. However, the pay is a little on the low side, the hours can be long, and a few of the departments don't see as many growth opportunities as other departments, making it feel unbalanced at times."
