Recruiting Manager

"I've worked at Brilliant Financial Staffing for over two years. The small team I worked with were a joy to work with on a daily basis. Once upper management including the CEO were replaced, things started to go in the wrong direction. Layoffs became way more frequent, transparency was nonexistent, and employee appreciation disappeared. As a company, we were told directly by our CEO that COVID-19 would not affect anyones employment and that we were doing above our financial projections. A few weeks later and a large portion of the company was Furloughed. There is also no HR to go to if you have a work place complaint."

BRILLIANT Employee

"A company with leadership that truly invests their time, resources, and ongoing mentorship into their employees. A team that collaborates endlessly, and truly looks out for each other every second. You can feel their commitment to ensuring you're successful -- from the interview to training to on-the-job. If 'rolling your sleeves up and grinding' every single day to exceed your goals scares you, then this probably isn't the best fit. No doubt, this is a difficult job/industry, but if the unified team environment described above appeals to you, then you will be very happy here."
