"I've been working at Brilliant Corners for two years now and I can definitely say that I've grown as a professional. I've been able to easily adjust from the knowledge of working with high school students into CRM tools to better the housing crisis."
"The company is an okay place to work. Each department is different with regard to promotions and fair treatment. Some may get the impression that the company is not very diverse in their upper management staff, whereas there are few people of color in higher management positions. However this may have to do with who actually applies to these positions. Overall I’d say the company cares for their employees; and attempts to ensure everyone has an equal work life balance. Only negative I see is the need for a uniform training program upon hire. Again each department is different and some departments receive more training and advancement opportunities than others."
