3.6I've worked at Brilliant Financial Staffing for over two years. The small team I worked with were a joy to work with on a daily basis. Once upper management including the CEO were replaced, things started to go in the wrong direction. Layoffs became way more frequent, transparency was nonexistent, and employee appreciation disappeared. As a company, we were told directly by our CEO that COVID-19 would not affect anyones employment and that we were doing above our financial projections. A few weeks later and a large portion of the company was Furloughed. There is also no HR to go to if you have a work place complaint.
