What don't you like about working at Brightside Academy?

"I sought after stationary placement for a year in three months I had been shifted to three different site locations and was told this was the norm. This was something I did not adjust to well and so this job placement was a temporary assignment for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To place assistant directors at one site location for the first six months of their employment to alleviate to much change, change is inevitable but to many changes during an adjustment period for a new employee can be too much."
