"I worked for BrightLife Designs for the first year of business, as they are a start up company. It was a challenging and successful year resulting in increased sales and projects. Creating new processes and communication was a struggle but like any human relationship you work through it. The opportunity for growth is there if you're willing to think, problem solve, and be proactive. The owner is very driven and works at a high intensity pace which is what drives the business forward. Definitely need to be flexible, not afraid to ask lots of questions, and have a good work ethic while working unsupervised."
