"I worked with Bright Farms during the startup, transition, and into formal operations of the Wilmington facility. I found this company to be mostly full of good people, business concepts, and dedication to success. Things always happened very fast and communication between sales and production was no where near the level it should have been. We succeeded in all new customer launches but it was never as smooth as it should have been because of last minute communication and lack of detail provided. I would recommend this company to others depending on the facility."
