"A very bad company to work for."
"I've worked for Bright House Networks since 2007. I started in customer service and after about 3 years found my way into SST RSR which was a sales lead position (assistant supervisory role). Unfortunately that position was done away with so I shifted to the sales department and now I am on the Priority Resolution Team. Bright house is good but it can be difficult to move up. The benefits and discounted cable are very good perks but the rate of pay definitely needs a shot in the arm."
"I really enjoyed working working for Bright House. I liked that they, in general, cared for their customers and employees. When I was there, they even still had a pension plan. How many companies still have that"
"Worked for Bright House for 10 years. The compensation was horrible but the coworkers are amazing."
"I've worked for Bright House Networks for over 5 yrs. Job growth opportunities are very good. The Management are wonderful people to work for and with. We all work as a Team and you can always look forward to a great day at work."

What don't you like about working at Bright House Networks?
"Serious disconnect between employees and management. Always felt like management only wanted to listen to select people--usually other newsroom managers. No opportunity for advancement or enrichment. Very stressful, lots of OT, poor advance scheduling. Good number of young managers who have not learned to deal with people. You will also have to sign a three-year contract with a no-compete clause, even off-air, low-salary employees."
