"When I worked there, it was grate, we all worked as a team and supported the complex where we worked. Working in the Center brought me many years of pleasure, watching my students graduate and move forward to meet there goals in life."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be real! When I went for my first interview, I was treated as an equal. The company is fair if you are fair to them. If you are honorable and upfront, they will be the same with you."

What don't you like about working at Briggs Cannon Community Empowerment Center?

"As a Contractor, there are never any benefits and, I knew that while I worked there almost 10 years.I really don't know of anything I didn't like about working there. I miss it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was lucky, as a contractor I was consulted with on many projects. The company needs to listen more to there Sub Contractors about the complex, they would do a lot better."
