"The focus is on deliverables and implementing the agile methodology so the more committed you are to that process the better off the interviewer will be."

What don't you like about working at Bridgeway Software?

"This was a contract so I cannot concretely say what being a permanent employee would be like long-term because I was a filling a temporary contract slot."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Perhaps meetings with the development and design teams prior to releasing software solutions/patches to QA could expedite the testing and releasing of software."
