"Bridgestone manufactures tyres, not tyres factories.The personal struggle between Japanese, American and Mexican technicians. The cultural and social differences make a barrier, which is difficult to overcome."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There was a lack of leadership in the company.Mexican Technicians do not think as japanese people do. So that there was a hole in the organization at the high levels."
