Although I joined an organization that I had anticipated making a long-term career with, the focus and direction of the organization have changed greatly and I no longer admire the company that I'm a part of. Their handling of COVID-19 has also been a testament to this change in direction and has only added to my disdain for the company."

"It's a great experience to improve a big company's running. Also, it's great to work with so many different people."

"Their information systems go very slow and a lot of times the information gets lost on the way."

"We are be able to motivate people and make them feel like part of the project. People have to be the most important part of the company."

"After working 90 days as a temp. they just let you know without hiring with no reason."

"Need training for new hires instead of getting information 10 different ways"

"Go with the flow and eventually you may be able to add some of your ideas into production."

"They are managed to closely by the parent company and not the individual subsidiary."

"I would let each subsidiary manage itself more autonomously than the current structure."
