"I've worked for Bridgestone Americas for the past 8 years. Although I joined an organization that I had anticipated making a long-term career with, the focus and direction of the organization have changed greatly and I no longer admire the company that I'm a part of. Their handling of COVID-19 has also been a testament to this change in direction and has only added to my disdain for the company."

"Service manager position at Tires Plus and or Firestone retail stores is a very challenging job that involves retail hours and 7 days a week schedule. You must posses a calm attitude and the ability to multitask on a daily basis. You must also have automotive mechanical experience as well as direct management skills."

"The company is moving in a very positive direction investing a lot of resources into employee development. The message is clear, they've got your back if you want to grow. The downsides are typical with any large corporation. Exposure to decision-makers is rare and career development is very slow if you do not slot into a narrow, specialized path."
