"There was a major downfall within the Organization which put a lot of strain on the moral of the BTT Newark Team at the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To hire people with Transportation experience. Not just people passing on their venture through Maersk employment. Find out who has personal agendas. Have people sign account confidentiality. Do not allow people to leave the company and take accounts that were with the company prior to their employment."
