"If you really need the job then don't price yourself out of it with a high salary demand. Most people starting at Bee Ready out of school can only expect a salary around $45-$50,000."

"Avoid going into the litigation (no-fault) section if possible. If you must start there then after proving yourself make an attempt to get involved with other matters handled by the firm."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay should really be higher for a firm of your size. You should also make more opportunities available for the no-fault attorneys who prove themselves to be valuable employees to become involved in other legal matters handled by the firm. Nobody is going to stay to do no-fault forever."
