"Dont be afraid to negotiate for vacation time/personal time in lieu of decreased salary or hourly wage. Research the company and ask about potential for promotions and moving up and extra training offered."

What don't you like about working at Brembo?

"They closed down and moved the US headquarters to Detroit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be fair to all employees, regardless of their titles."
