"They are a new company and they hired me because of my background in using many different software systems and experience. They told me that they were looking at making a General Construction Superintendent position and that I was a strong candidate. Once hired all of those promises were gone and I received little to no help from the office and IT department. They are not organized and I was shunned for making recommendations that are proven to work. This is a job that was set up to fail from the first day."
