"If you want to advance in your career and develop your professional skills, then don't stay at Brandman for more than a couple of years."

What don't you like about working at Brandman University?

"The leadership lacks vision and too much conflicting direction is given. There is a lack of personal accountability and incompetence is left unchallenged. Leaders lack the courage to face the tough issues and solve them. Several employees are overworked while others are permitted to coast and do very little while being compensated equally. The wrong behaviors are rewarded, such as not disagreeing, not voicing opposing viewpoints, not confronting issues, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the CEO and a few other senior leaders, and then hire people who understand and possess great leadership skills, care about and listen to their employees, and know how to create and support a positive culture and how to inspire and motivate employees."
