"Branding Brand is an excellent company to work for. The CEO, Chris Mason, truly cares for his people and does the best to look out for their well being. My only beef would be with some of the middle management. BB is transitioning from a crazy start-up to an established company. This transition tends to drag in a lot of terrible habits from the corporate world that will weigh the company down. They currently need to get MUCH better at reviews, feedback for employees, and leadership for middle - low management."
