"While experiencing growth pains is normal for any company attempting consistent and radical growth, BCI has met its share since combining Branch Highways and EV Williams in 2017. Current management is focusing on growth of the ESOP (Branch is an employee owned company). And due to that focus, much is being made of margin and the sought after type of work. Currently, there has been a shift in business approach with some turnover due to revised focus. I think this company is a good company to work for, especially in a professional role. However, I am concerned about the ability of current management to lead past the $1B threshold and moving forward. Lots of potential for personal growth and education. Good benefits."
