"Hire a front desk associate during the summer to help with increased customer flow."

"Horizon Bradco has a lot to work on, but the current CEO, Mike Jewett, is the perfect man for the task. Mr. Jewett brings with him a strong push for company culture and puts a strong emphasis on satisfaction for the employee, customer, and the company. He’s still dealing with a few of the nuisances of the past but has made great strides and I have great confidence his leadership will prevail."

"None, because it would not make a difference."

"I was always involved w/ new projects and was part of the physical inventory held every 3 to 6 months."

"Well, I was able to learn new things. The people there were very pleasant to work with especially when you needed information from them. True teamplayers."

"Don't let new management change the way you do business. That would mean, continue to take care of your employees."

"I was let go due to market conditions even though my #'s were ahead of pace from the prior year and other in the branch were not."

"One large suggestion is to pay closer attention to middle management, in regard to there time and favoritisms of certain employees over others."

"Try to negotiate on salary - they will lowball you if you let them."

"I did not like the management style of the owners of the company. One owner in particular was a big micro-manager, difficult to get along with...Benefits were not the best, forget about a good paid time off benefit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow for more paid time off for employees to deal with their personal lives. Let vacation time accrue from the start date rather than not having ANY time until one year anniversary. Also, increase vacation time from one week to two weeks. Need more sick/personal and possibly a few floating holidays. Provide vision and dental insurance. Treat the employees better overall..."
