"BP3 is a great place to work, especially if you enjoy working remotely as a consultant for a variety of clients. The support of staff is pretty remarkable for their size and there's generally a family-like feel to the interactions you will have there. The Austin office staff are great and a lot of fun to work with day in and out. The benefit package is superb and right in line with far larger outfits as well as the office perks such as snacks, drinks, ping-pong, etc. There are only about 30 employees or so in Austin, but about 100 employees world wide, so you're if you're based in Austin, it will feel smaller than the company really is. The executive staff are all excellent and the CEO has been in the process automation business for over 15 years. They will support you and help you grow as an employee. Overall, high remarks for this place."
