"A small company with a tight-nit group of people. There is a very relaxed environment with honest and straight forward expectations. Because of the small size they offer a lot of opportunities to wear different hats and try different things in company. Some downsides are the size make it impossible to move your career forward. The leaders of the company have a very old-fashioned way of doing things which can lead to the company felling bigger and less flexible than it should be for its size,"
